Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan; President: Tatsuo Higuchi) has announced the March 6 nationwide launch of Prune & Fig Biscuits, the latest addition to the Gerblé line of flavorful nutritional food products originating in Southern France. With the launch of the new item, a total of 16 Gerblé items (eight types in three series) will be available in Japan.

Prune & Fig Biscuits are made with prunes, a favorite fruit*2 among health- and beauty-conscious women. Containing ample amounts of dietary fiber, Prune & Fig Biscuits combine the gentle sweetness of prunes with the fruity goodness of figs.
