Heat disorders have been occurring more frequently in recent years.
In order to enjoy the summer months safely, everyone should be
informed about the danger that the summer heat poses and the
measures they can take to protect themselves.
Heat disorders have been in the news more recently thanks to changes in the
environment and in society. Heat disorders can occur not only when someone is
working or exercising strenuously in direct sunlight in the summer, but also in the rainy
season at the beginning of the summer, when people’s bodies have not yet re-adjusted to the heat. Heat disorders
can occur not only outdoors, but also in hot, humid indoor environments. When the symptoms are severe, heat
disorders can be life-threatening, but can be prevented if you know what to do. Everyone should be aware of the
danger of heat disorders and what measures they can take to protect themselves.
