Carbonated Nutritional Drink "ORONAMIN C DRINK" Debuts in Egypt
Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Egyptian affiliate Arab Otsuka Nutraceuticals Co., S.A.E. (AON) have announced the launch of sales of ORONAMIN C DRINK (ORONAMIN C) in Egypt. AON began selling ORONAMIN C to Egyptian retailers in April of this year and will begin promotional strategies on SNS and online orders from May. ORONAMIN C was approved as a Fortify Drink*1 under the NFSA*2 in Egypt.

ORONAMIN C was first launched in Japan in 1965 as a carbonated nutritional drink that anyone, from children to adults, could enjoy. It was subsequently launched in several countries in the Middle East in 1985 and has since become a popular nutritional drink in the region for the whole family.
In recent years, as the Egyptian population has grown, health awareness has become more prevalent in the country. To meet these demands, we established AON as a new company in May 2023 to market ORONAMIN C in Egypt. By introducing this nutritional drink to the market, we are aiming to support healthy lifestyles for the Egyptian people.
